Rotary Club of Brisbane Annual General Meeting
Date & Time:
The Rotary Club of Brisbane’s Annual General Meeting will be held during our regular meeting at Friday’s Riverside.
Arrival & Lunch
Members, visitors, and invitees are welcome to arrive from 12:15 pm to enjoy the $25 meal + drink lunch menu. Lunch is at your own expense unless an arangement has been made otherwise.
Meeting Start:
Our regular club meeting will formally begin at 12:45 pm, with the Annual General Meeting commencing promptly at 1:05 pm. An agenda, along with a draft of the updated constitution and bylaws, will be sent to members via email prior to the meeting and is available to members via our document storing facility on ClubRunner. We aim to conclude by 1:45 pm.
🎄🥂 Christmas Drinks! Everyone is invited to enjoy a post lunch Christmas drink on the big terrace at Friday's after the meeting.
Note:
This will be our last meeting for 2024. The first meeting of the new year will be held on Monday, 20th January 2025.
