Autism EITP Global Project

Early intervention Training Program (EITP) for children and adolescents with autism and their parents and carers, with lead clubs Rotary Club of Brisbane, Rotary Club of Colombo Reconnections Sri Lanka and Rotary Club of Madras, Chennai, India and with host clubs in the cities where the program will be presented. The program started in 2022 in Colombo, Sri Lanka at the Lady Goodwin Children's Hospital with the first program training selected staff at the Lady Goodwin Childen's Hospital in partnership with Smilestones and a Memorandum of Undderstanding (MOU) between RC Colombo Reconnections, RC Brisbane and Smilestones. It was then extended to India initially with the Rotary Club of Madras as the host club and later as a lead club. It has then been extended to other cities in India with a host Rotary Club in each city.
