😍 Community Fundraising Feast: Journey Rose - future Olympian

Combining a fun social night with serving our community: (Can't make it on the night? Click through to buy RAFFLE TICKETS instead) Journey Rose is a pupil at Petrie Terrace State School with a dream to compete in the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, representing Australia in skateboarding. Journey has been training for this goal for over two years and this fundraising night aims to: - raise awareness of a future Olympians in our neighbourhood - spotlight young people, particularly girls, in sport - and also raise funds towards some of this family's costs for professional coaching, equipment, competitions and associated expenses such as safety gear and travel

Monday night dinner in our neighbourhood to support a local family with an Olympic Dream.

Rotarians can meet Journey Rose and her amazing family, mum Peone and Will (the roller skating older brother) & more. You'll also be sharing dinner with other families from Petrie Terrace State School which Rotary Club of Brisbane has a historic relationship with. This is our meeting for the week - come hang!

Not a Rotarian? No worries! Come meet us or just come along and do your thing - there will be lots of individual tables so social butterflies and more low key diners are all catered for.

And you might even win a prize in our raffle!
