Mitch loves working with people who want to make a difference in this world and he is currently the General Manager for Drought Angels which supports Aussie farmers overcome the effects of natural disasters (drought, fires, floods, plagues, hail storms, etc).

Throughout his 20+ years of working in the non-profit sector, he has trained local communities in the art and science of fundraising, coached CEO’s, advised charities on three continents, and received seven figure donations from generous benefactors. He has also helped organise some significant fundraisers including droving 500 head of cattle for nine weeks in regional Queensland, a free charity dinner for 1,800 people that raised over $800k, and develop a strategy to build an experiential theme park in Hong Kong valued at $1billion to help solve some important global issues.

He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Business (Non-profit & Philanthropic Studies) from QUT, a Bachelor of Leisure Management (Tourism & Event Management) from Griffith University and a Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching.

Mitch is married to Carling and between them they have 4 children - Reeve 15, Claudia 13, Spencer 8 and Hudson 6yrs of age. He loves the outdoors, fishing, camping and a good coffee.
