Join the Rotary Club of Brisbane for a lunch meeting featuring Dr. Dorothy Watts AM, an esteemed educator and academic. Dorothy will share insights into the contributions of women to the Rotary Club of Brisbane, drawing from her extensive experience and deep knowledge of history.
With a distinguished career spanning teaching and academia, Dorothy served 17 years at the University of Queensland’s Department of Classics and Ancient History, including time as Head of Department. Awarded the Member of the Order of Australia in 2016 for her contributions to tertiary education, she is also a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of London and the Australian College of Educators.

Members, visitors and invitees of the Rotary Club of Brisbane are invited to arrive at the venue (Friday's Riverside) from 12:15pm, order what you like from the $25 meal + drink lunch menu - and sit down for the meeting start at 12:45 pm. We aim for a 1:45 pm finish.
