Since the 2021 coup, Myanmar has faced one of the world’s most underfunded humanitarian crises:
⚠️ 20 million people need urgent aid
⚠️ 3.5 million displaced by conflict
⚠️ 6 million impacted by the March 2025 earthquake
⚠️ Only 12% of the humanitarian response funded this year

While international actors struggle to reach those in need, local civil society groups are stepping up.

To support them, the Humanitarian Disaster Relief Institute (HADRI) is launching the Humanitarian Hub Enablement Program, aiming to strengthen and connect locally led humanitarian hubs along the Thai-Myanmar and India-Myanmar Borders.
