I work for Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation - JDRF Australia and I am the Community Fundraising and Engagement Co Ordinator for QLD. This role gives me the opportunity to connect with the Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) Community and to help newly diagnosed families navigate new resources and support at a really tough time as they find their new normal and how to manage the burden they are learning to live with. Personally, I am a Mum to T1D Daughter and have been Fundraising for JDRF for more than 10 years. I am extremely passionate about finding a Cure for Type 1 Diabetes.
