Global Aquatic Project

As an international trainer in aquatic education, public speaker and humanitarian worker, Eve brings 40 years’ experience across a plethora of areas including aquatic education, lifesaving & first aid, business management & development, behaviour management, and a strong humanitarian commitment in disaster and emergencies.  When not working in her full time job with the United Nations, Eve is the owner and director of Oz Swim Aquatics and founder of The Global Aquatic Project, structured to address the barriers to participation and provide quality aquatic education to ensure every child has access to learn to swim lessons.

In 2018 when 12 boys were stuck in a cave in Thailand, Eve Fraser was asked to travel to the region to address the hydrophobia and deliver quality learn to swim lessons; Eve founded The Global Aquatic Project and has since trained teams of teachers in Thailand, India, Hong Kong and Cambodia who have taught over 3,000 children to swim through the program.
