About Carolina
Carolina is a Brisbane‑based Producer and Production Manager with over 20 years of experience in Latin America, Europe and Australia. Carol Gesser Her background spans creative agencies and production houses, and she expertly handles everything from concept and strategy right through to flawless execution.

What she brings to Rotary

• A global outlook paired with local understanding — Carolina’s international work ethic and European professionalism combine with her deep appreciation for the Australian context. 

• A commitment to inclusion and diversity. She emphasises building teams and creating stories that genuinely reflect the communities they serve. C

• Meticulous production skills: scheduling, budgeting, logistics, crew and location management — all of which translate beautifully into effective project planning and delivery for service‑oriented work.

Carolina was drawn to the Rotary Club of Brisbane by its reputation for meaningful community impact and welcoming spirit. She is excited to channel her “behind‑the‑scenes” expertise into our shared service projects — helping to make our planning more efficient, our execution more seamless and our outcomes stronger.
