  Rotary Club of Brisbane’s Annual General Meeting will be held during ou
 r regular meeting at Friday’s Riverside. Arrival & Lunch Members\, visit
 ors\, and invitees are welcome to arrive from 12:15 pm to enjoy the $25 me
 al + drink lunch menu. Lunch is at your own expense unless an arangement h
 as been made otherwise. Meeting Start: Our regular club meeting will forma
 lly begin at 12:45 pm\, with the Annual General Meeting commencing promptl
 y at 1:05 pm. An agenda\, along with a draft of the updated constitution a
 nd bylaws\, will be sent to members via email prior to the meeting and is 
 available to members via our document storing facility on ClubRunner. We a
 im to conclude by 1:45 pm. 🎄🥂 Christmas Drinks! Everyone is invi
 ted to enjoy a post lunch Christmas drink on the big terrace at Friday's a
 fter the meeting. Note: This will be our last meeting for 2024. The first 
 meeting of the new year will be held on Monday\, 20th January 2025. Venue:
