 mation.  Our first meeting of the new year will feature Reeve Witheringto
 n\, a 17-year-old Brisbane State High School student we supported with a $
 500 grant to attend the National Finals of the Evatt Competition in Melbou
 rne. Reeve will share highlights of his experience\, debating critical glo
 bal issues in a UN Security Council simulation and how the trip has inspir
 ed his future aspirations. Start 2025 by joining us to hear from this insp
 iring young speaker and reconnect with fellow Rotarians! Members\, visitor
 s and invitees of the Rotary Club of Brisbane are invited to arrive at the
  venue (Friday's Riverside) from 12:15pm\, order what you like from the $
 25 meal + drink lunch menu  - and sit down for the meeting start at 12:4
 5 pm. We aim for a 1:45 pm finish. The Rotary Club of Brisbane usually arr
 anges to cover the cost of lunch for the guest speaker and all others atte
 nding pay for their own meal. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any
  questions. This will be our first club meeting for the year. Welcome back
