Raffle Structure Primary Prizes: 5-night stay for two at a Club Med Asia Pacific Sun Resort (valued at $5,000-$6,500). Handmade opal and gold necklace (valued at $2,500). Additional prizes from participating clubs, each contributing a suggested prize worth at least $200. Encourage clubs to reach out to local MPs for potential hampers or donations to enhance the prize pool. Fundraising Goal: Raise $30,000 through raffle sales: 50% of funds will go to the Kyeema Foundation. 50% will support participating clubs’ charitable causes. Ticket Pricing Ticket Price: Tickets will be sold at $20 each to maximize accessibility and encourage broader community support. Ticket Sales & Club Participation Target: Sell 1,500 tickets to reach the $30,000 goal. Participation by Other Rotary Clubs: Clubs retain 50% of their ticket sales to support their causes. Each club provides a prize worth at least $200.
